The two symbols you see painted here are the Cho Ku Rei and the Say Hei Kay next to the the depiction of the butterfly and above the Arabic script. These are the standard Reiki symbols sent and are given in addition to a Wu Wei symbol unique to this Reiki Master, intended for emptying, clearing, and making room for blessings.

When you purchase distance Reiki healing you will be able to download depictions of each of the Reiki symbols. You do not need to do anything with the symbols.
